Bio

Hello! My name is Kate Courtney and I am a communications major with minors in writing and leadership studies. I have participated in a lot of things during my time on DUs campus. I am a tour guide, work up at the mountain campus (help run the Via Ferrata), am a committee member of DUPB, and volunteer with reading partners. I spend most of my free time hanging out with my friends or reading. I live with seven girls, so there is rarely a dull moment in my life. There’s always a crisis, kiki, or movie going on at all times in my space and I wouldn’t change any of it. I don’t have any animals but I am the mother to a basil plant that I have been caring for for over a year. (she is healthy and provides flavor to most of my meals.)
